TEND Sessions are monthly online and in-person gatherings hosted by The Cultivated Place.
It’s a sacred space to nurture your roots, pull up weeds, and make room for what God truly planted in you.
Whether you join from home or gather with us in person, TEND helps you pause, reflect, and realign your spiritual garden with God’s design.

Transform • Empower • Nurture • Develop
TEND is where we pause, reflect, and take action. In our fast-paced world, we rarely stop to examine what's growing in our spiritual gardens. TEND creates that sacred space.
Here, we collectively:
Distractions, lies, and wrong seeds planted by others or ourselves crowd out what God intended. Left unchecked, these weeds choke out our purpose and drain our spiritual nutrients.
Past seasons that have served their purpose still take up valuable room in our hearts and minds. These dead stalks need to be pruned so new growth can emerge.
Even beautiful things can overcrowd our lives. Too many "yeses" keep us from God's best. Sometimes we need to thin out good things to make room for God's greatest.
TEND creates breathing room so you can walk fully in your God-given purpose. When we intentionally care for our spiritual gardens, we make space for the divine to flourish within us.
Consider the Canna Lily: its roots may appear healthy underground while the visible plant withers. Why? Because the entire ecosystem matters.
Our spiritual lives work the same way. You might have strong faith roots, but if your surrounding environment—relationships, habits, thought patterns—is toxic, your spiritual fruit will struggle to manifest.
At TEND, we believe in nurturing both the roots and the ecosystem. We help you identify not just what's happening beneath the surface, but also what surrounds you that either nurtures or hinders your growth.
This holistic approach ensures healing is whole and lasting—transforming both your inner life and outer expression of faith.

TEND is just the beginning of your journey. We've created a nurturing pathway that allows you to grow at your own pace, with increasing levels of support and community.
Monthly online and in-person gatherings where we collectively examine our spiritual gardens and learn fundamental tending practices. These sessions welcome everyone, regardless of where you are in your faith journey.
4-week Bible studies and mentorship circles that dive deeper into specific areas of spiritual growth. These smaller communities provide accountability and targeted support.
Immersive experiences like In Between Me, Rooted & Rising, WOW, and Fruit in the Dark that address foundational aspects of your spiritual ecosystem.
One-on-one coaching and counseling tailored to your unique spiritual landscape and growth challenges.

This is not your typical conference.
TEND is an intimate evening of intentionality for women who are ready to exhale. Pull out that dress you have been saving. Put on your heels. Come ready to be poured into.
This is a night of worship, fellowship, and intentional connection with women who are all in one accord. And when you arrive, there is a curated T.E.N.D. gift box waiting just for you.
Transform. Empower. Nurture. Develop.

Hi, I’m Bridget Adams, founder of The Cultivated Place and creator of TEND Sessions.
I started TEND because I’ve learned that what we don’t tend to—spiritually, emotionally, or mentally—will eventually take over.
These sessions were designed as a pause in the middle of life’s noise—a safe, faith-filled space to pull weeds, nurture roots, and make room for what God truly planted in you.
Welcome to the garden. Let’s grow together. 🌿
