Our Mission
In Between Me exists for the girl who is becoming.
The one who feels the stretch between childhood and womanhood…
the one who’s trying to figure out her voice, her identity, and her future — all at the same time.

Our mentorship program guides teenage girls (ages 14–17) through a year of identity-building, purpose discovery, emotional wellness, leadership, and spiritual growth. It’s faith-filled, but also real-world. Biblical, but not boxed in. Transformational, but still fun, creative, and relatable.
We don’t rush the process.
We walk with them through it — step by step, bridge by bridge.

The 12-Month Journey: Four Bridges of Becoming
We don't do "quick fixes." We build foundations.
The In Between Me program offers a comprehensive faith-based curriculum that guides young women through four strategic bridges of growth and development:

Bridge 1 — Self-Awareness & Life Skills
Helping girls understand who they are, why they think the way they do, and how to navigate real-life challenges with confidence, boundaries, and faith.

Bridge 2 — Purpose Discovery
Exploring gifts, passions, personality, and calling. This is where identity meets direction.

Bridge 3 — Goal Implementation & Leadership
Setting meaningful goals, building habits, learning how to lead, communicate, and show up with character — at school, at home, and in the community.

Bridge 4 — Becoming & Building for Legacy
Understanding that impact doesn't start "one day." It starts now. Girls learn to shape their story, their influence, and their faith in a way that lasts.

Vision boards, journals, storytelling, artistic expression — helping girls articulate who they're becoming.

Bridget is known for helping women and girls rediscover identity, break out of survival mode, and walk boldly in who God called them to be. Her heart beats for the “in between” — the space most people overlook, but the place where real transformation happens.
She created the In Between Me Program to be the support she needed at their age:
a safe place, a wise guide, and a voice reminding girls,
